My family and I have been a routine care patient at North Powers Modern Dentistry for almost 9 years after moving here from out of state and I JUST got my first cavity!! The team eased my nerves and explained the process to where I felt genuinely cared for. Dr. Pickett and Dr. Dijana did a crown and root canal for me and it was the best experience! I know that may sound odd for a dental practice but everyone from front office coordinators to doctors, make it enjoyable because I can say they have servant hearts. Thank you all for what you each do, there were so many of you that helped me but this experience I want to thank my care team for taking care of my first ever dental work I’ve ever needed! Ayryah was my front office coordinator. Alexa, Alyssa and Henesis were my dental assistants with Dr. Pickett, then the Endodontist came to the same location to complete the specialty work I needed. Dr. Dijana and her team were all incredible. They explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable. My 3 kiddos even see the pediatric specialist, Dr. Anderson, there too. Everything is in one place and I’m so grateful. Thank you all again for making my family and I feel valued and just not a number. I hope more people have the pleasure of being served by this incredible team.
