I came in today needing three extractions, which is naturally a very nerve-wracking experience, but they made the entire process incredibly smooth and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was welcoming, kind, and professional, instantly putting me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and has a very calming atmosphere. Dr. Pickett is truly exceptional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable before starting. His bedside manner is top-notch—he is gentle, reassuring, and highly skilled. The extractions were done efficiently and with minimal discomfort, which speaks volumes about his expertise. The dental assistants were also fantastic, constantly checking on me and ensuring I had everything I needed.
